Project Management

The Job Tracking option is a free service that gives our clients online access to our Traffic Control System to verify projects, including current and past assignments, in real time. It is a secure application that enables you to track orders, manage your projects, and check past orders and invoices any time you want.

This is the Project Management main screen where you can follow job progress on every order you submit with detailed delivery dates and status of each separate language.

Shows all assignments that have not yet been delivered. Use this tab to manage delivery schedules in real time 24/7.

Here you can see all files involved in your assignments, including original files and the translated versions. If you lose a file, you can always pick it up from here again.

Shows past assignments. Use to check delivered assignments. Jobs are sorted monthly or yearly.

Shows all invoices sent to you to promote cost control. Double-click on an entry to receive a copy of the invoice.
